Learn&Share

What it is

Learn&Share is an annual event involving doctoral courses at the Department of Medical and Surgical Sciences (DIMEC). Now in its fourth edition, it represents an opportunity for scientific discussion and professional growth, designed to promote the work of young researchers and strengthen the sense of scientific community within the Department.

Structure

Presentations and posters: doctoral students are asked to present and discuss the progress of their research projects, in the form of posters for second-year students and oral presentations for third-year students.

Lectures and keynotes: talks by lecturers and guests on cross-cutting topics of great current interest, from artificial intelligence to biomedical innovation.

Video interviews: PhD students present their projects in multimedia format for the purposes of dissemination and promotion.

Awards and recognitions: for the best projects presented.

Objectives

To offer PhD students an opportunity for growth and preparatory assessment for the transition to the next year.

To promote new collaborations and synergies between researchers and doctors.

Disseminate research projects through digital and multimedia tools.

2025 edition

The latest edition of Learn&Share took place in September 2025 and saw the participation of all doctoral students from DIMEC courses, with oral sessions, posters and keynotes on innovative topics.
