DIMEC Young Researchers for Society

The DIMEC Young Researchers Group has been conducting public engagement activities since 2018 by organizing conferences and seminars, on a nonprofit basis, on topical issues of public interest with cultural and educational value.

Over the years, seminars have been organized on various topics ranging from funding opportunities for bio-medical research, to how to write a winning project proposal. In addition, meetings have been organized to stimulate interaction with companies to foster entrepreneurial development and to enhance the value of intellectual property.

Recently, a seminar was organized on the importance of scientific communication through social networks and the differences and similarities between in-person and remote modes of communication.

All the seminars are given in Italian.
