Departmental Board

The Council assists the Director and exercises decision-making functions on issues and matters that are not the exclusive responsibility of the Department Council and are delegated by the latter. The Board's term of office is three years and coincides with that of the Director.

The members by right of the Council are: Director and Deputy Director.

The Head of Administration and Management, who acts as secretary, participates in the meetings of the Board with an advisory vote. For DIMEC, the role is held by the Medical Service Area Manager - SAM .

The composition of the Board is completed with the elected/appointed representatives of the first and second-rank lecturers, researchers, technical-administrative staff and students.
