Quality Control in Breast Cancer Management

Scientific Activity

Quality control of breast cancer diagnosis and treatment is an indispensable element to achieve the best results in both quantity and quality of life. European performance indicators defined by Eusoma (European Breast Cancer Specialist) , the most important European Scientific Society dealing with breast cancers  and the Italian Ministry of Health are analyzed and constantly monitored with computer systems on the Breast Unit case report of the IRCCS Azienda Ospedaliero-Universitaria di Bologna Policlinico Sant'Orsola for any deviations.
